Wedding Photography Across Ireland

What does it mean to be a “Documentary Wedding Photographer”? For me it means that the main focus of the day is on recording the real moments as they unfold naturally, rather than staging action to fit some generic idea of what “wedding photography” should look like. The aim is still to make beautiful photographs, these are still elegant flattering photographs but they are also unique to your day. These are the real life moments and emotions of your day, beautifully seen. My eye is drawn to joy, love in all its forms and beauty but I don’t believe in forcing it. The wedding is allowed to flow naturally, with the moments being quietly noticed and captured as they occur naturally. These are photographs that feel alive because they record the beauty of real life.

Add to this a handful of classic, beautifully lit portraits of the two of you and the “family formals” (we’ll work together in advance of the wedding to make a list of family, friend and group shots you’d like to take on your day). The aim with even the posed shots is a look that is natural, elegant and alive and they are slotted into the day in a way that feels comfortable to you, fits the flow of your day and allows you to spend as much time as possible enjoying your day with your guests (as I document that joy).

The Experience

Whether you’re planning a city wedding in Dublin, a rustic country house party or an intimate elopement somewhere wild and quiet or your own Irish castle fairytale, I’d love to hear from you.

I’m Annie Kheffache, multi-award winning documentary wedding photographer in Ireland. My work blends timeless elegance with real emotion to create flattering, beautiful wedding photography that feels alive and un-staged because it is.

I work with the flow of your day, like a guest with a camera quietly moving through your day noticing the real beauty and emotion of the day and allowing you to live it fully and comfortably without interruption. The formal family photographs and classic couple shots are woven into the natural flow of the day to get you the important photos you want without keeping you away from the party.

The goal is beautiful, flattering photographs that feel alive, edited in timeless true colour and elegant black and whites.

My most popular packages are listed above. For tailored quotes for destination weddings, multi-day events or shorter coverage for elopements let me know your photography needs and I’ll create a bespoke quote for you.

Some Venues I love returning to over and over again…
